Our Story
We love York Beach and know you will too. Periwinkle Properties LLC was started in 2012 when we began this great adventure. This house was purchased in 2017, our fifth and final renovation in York, and now our only vacation rental property. We work hard to make your getaway a fabulous one by providing a clean and well-maintained rental with an amazing view and updated amenities.
